Bounty

optimistic rollups have multiple advantages over MVP:

• no mass exit problem
• no need for semi-trusted operator

there is a bunch of things similar to plasma:

• deposit and exit (but simpler)
• tx structure and contract execution can be the same

Scope

• look through all optimistic rollup implementations, pick the best
• sketch a scope of: which code would need to be added, which one changed?

Deliverables

• estimated effort to convert Leap implementation to optimistic rollup.

Gain for the project

• reduced complexity of infrastructure
