Update to work with latest testnet

Testnet Bridge UI is in deplorable condition since testnet upgrade.

Scope

• use [email protected]+
  • new period proof structure
  • new data format for results of getPeriodData.. RPC
• make sure exits and deposits are working. Using newest leap-core as appropriate should do the trick.

Deliverables

• updated code
• updated deployment on testnet.leapdao.org
