I've converted the library to use OpenSAML V3 (opensaml-saml-impl-3.1.1).
I've been unable to verify it though. I'm running against Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) running on Windows Server 2012R2.
There seems to be several issues running against it and I'm troubleshooting through them one by one. I've have a few small issues that I would like to have changed in this library but I create them as separate requests.
