Help: create a db table on my local dify

I am trying to customize my local dify to a "label tool".
What I need it's to create a db table and then I am able to query and save customized objects.
I fount many db objects in model.py and then I tried the same way creating the objects and do do.session.query but got undefine table error (I thought local dify might be smart enough to help me create the table).
I want to reuse the current db things so I don't have to build an extra another db by myself.
Please help, thanks a lot
