header() does not recognize notebook filename on Vertex #218

Hey guys,

Just noticed that header() in nbproject version 0.4.5 running on GCP's Vertex AI does not automatically recognize the filename of the notebook.

Error:

Works perfectly when you specify the filepath as instructed:

Thank you. This is strange, i have also checked this recently and it recognized the filename just fine. I need to recheck.
