When a key is removed or it has expired it is not added in the did document
With lac1 method, the underlying did registry stores also a flag for each key that specifies whether a key was "compromised" or not, that flag takes relevance for keys that are rotated or removed. Due to the current behavior rotated/removed key use cases are treated as equal since these are just not rendered.
Expected Behavior:
I think the expected behavior for "lac1" did method is to also include the concept of "rotation" and "revocation" when a key is no longer valid.
