Description

The Periodic UI tests workflow uses the get_latest_build_sha.sh script to determine the manager version to deploy.
The main integration tests already have a job that will extract the SHA from builds on the main branch.

Reasons
This script relies on Prow jobs and since we moved away from Prow, the images built by Prow a outdated.

Periodic UI tests use the latest version of API Gateway manager
get_latest_build_sha.sh script is deleted
