Feature Request: App volume defaults

Hi! Thanks for making one of my most used utilities!

A feature that would my experience a lot better would be if I could set default volume levels for apps so that they could be inherited at startup.

For example, one of the first things I do when my machine starts up is to turn the slider for Overcast down to ~30% of default. If I could specify this in a config or as a preference somewhere, that would help remove a bit of friction from my day.
