Ideas for plots/etc. that could be updated while KK2 runs to see if it is doing something sensible and to stop early if you're done:

Stuff from log file: current iteration versus: num changed, num clusters, score
Sample features/waveforms for selected clusters, or a few clusters that changed the most, or the ones that haven't changed much
Spatial view of the means of the clusters on the probe.

This issue might be more appropriate for phy.
