Thank you for developing this tool.
I plan to use Prosit for some of my samples, which were not prepared with a Cystein carbamidomethylation step. As your program has its fixed modifications, I would like to ask you, if in your opinion it would generally make sense nontheless to use your prediction tool under these conditions?
