Is it possible to use Karpenter for EKS "Unmanaged Node group"

I have read documentation about Karpenter:

And I think it is impossible to use Karpenter for EKS Unmanaged Node Group?

I don't follow your question @phanthaihuan
Karpenter prefers to run on non-karpenter nondes, for reasons of continuity of service.
This used to be a requirement, but recent discussions pushed it to be prefered only.

you can / should run karpenter on any other nodes, be it AWS MNG or fargate or any other compute capacity your cluster has
