GitHub actions over TravisCI? #74

Hello! The CNCF folks are wondering why you're choosing to use TravisCI over GitHub actions. :)

We're trying to shift as many CI jobs as possible to use GitHub actions. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @jeefy , we need to run the arm tests, but GitHub action doesn't support arm server. And TravisCI supports, so now we only use TravisCI to run arm tests. Any suggestions? :)
