Sorry if this is off-topic as it might be xterm specific. But in bash etc. GNU Readline can take care of bracketed paste in all 'normal' terminal (I use xterm). But this version of ksh doesn't seem to understand xterm's bracketed paste sequences ESC [ 200 ~ and ESC [ 201 ~.
Practically how do you copy-paste into xterm safely?
