[ci-cd] Ensure the repo follows working a CI/CD process #17

Since we now have a distinct repo for the app we will need to re-evaluate the way we will hanvle CI/CD for:

Conintuously running unit tests on PRs
Continuously running e2e tests on PRs
Pushing new images after PRs
Ensuring the manifests for the app are up to date
