Seems to be missing there, only supplier proposal is supported it seems.

I looked into this and it seems the hooks are:
fourn\commande\card.php(80): ordersuppliercard
fourn\facture\card.php(72): invoicesuppliercard
https://wiki.dolibarr.org/index.php/Hooks_system#List_of_available_Hooks_in_Dolibarr
