Camera image is static in HomeKit since update

Since upgrading to Scripted Version 0.6.11 my camera feed in HomeKit and in Scrypted are Static. I have Scripted installed on a Synology running in a Docker Container and it's been running great for over 6 months but since the latest update, it no longer works. I have removed Scrypted and remove all device from HomeKit and to start from scratch and it doesn't work.

Have anyone else experience this issue? I don't know what else to try. I was hoping to downgrade in Docker but have not sure what the previous version would be.
