GTLFramework doesn't work with Mountain Lion Maverick and XCode 4.6.3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Mac OS X Maverick
2. XCode 4.6.3 or XCode 5.0
3. Build a sample project such as TasksSample

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the Sample project can just build as normal. Instead the XCode just 
hangs on there when "building universal library"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the lastest product. Mac OS X Marverick is the OS

Please provide any additional information below.
Xcode 4.6.3
