PHP modules (ioncube loader)

Just a non-priority feature request:

Would be great to have the ability to specify extra php modules.

Specifically, many premium extensions use ioncube loader.

Docker's normal way of doing this is a script like docker-ext-install-php-modules or whatever it's called. But it only gives you the ability to install a limited list of extra modules. (xdebug isn't even one of them.)

I have been thinking about this, and I would be interested if you have any suggestions for a generalizable better approach.
