Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Invidious instances are currently hardcoded:

Some users trust their own (self-hosted or not) instance more than the ones in the list;
The instances in the list can go down at any time;
Some instances are customised and have different looks or features, which some users would prefer to use over the ones in the hardcoded list;
Extension developers have to manually update the list to work around above issues, taking development time from working on the rest of the extension.

Make a setting that allows the user to choose their own instance(s).
