Idea

Provides DPUs from a repository. This can be either in the filesystem
or on the internet.

Implementation

The repository should be described via a URL which
points to a description xml file. Like the Eclipse p2 repositories.
This file helps to resolve the DPUs.

• On the filesystem -> relative to the url path
• On the internet -> relative to http link
