Tag a first release (0.1?)
Make sdists for Python 2 and upload to PyPi
Make sdists for Python 3 and upload to PyPi
Make binary wheel for Python 2.7 and upload to PyPi
Make binary wheels for Python 3.4, 3.5 and 3.6 and upload to PyPi
Make a knossos_utils feedstock in https://github.com/conda-forge (will allow painless conda install knossos_utils)

These are currently low priority. If someone needs any of these fast, please let me know.
