I'm wondering if you want one that replicates the book exactly, or do you want one that has the information but isn't page-for-page exact. For the former, I'd need to know which version of the book you'd like replicated. For the latter, I can take this text, and adding in the corrections and updates for the 2nd and 3rd edition, make a manual that won't be an exact copy but will have all of the information in it.

Let me know what you need for layout and I'll set it up. I'm thinking maybe I should set it up as a standard trade size ( 6 in. by 9 in. ) so an actual book can be printed through print-on-demand.
