Update to use SoFiA generated extras

SoFiA now creates an aperture spectrum, and pv masks for every source. Use these if present, otherwise, generate as necessary. This is perhaps an intermediate step before removing the generation of pv masks entirely (e.g. #91). For aperture spectra: always create one if -o is called.
