Никудзяга - блюдо японской кухни, представляющее собой мясо, тушёное вместе с картофелем и луком, приправленное сладким соевым соусом.

Ингредиенты
- One whole white onion
- 4-5 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 large potatoes
- Handful of carrots
- 4 cups of water
- 2½ tablespoon dashi stock powder
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 6 tablespoon mirin
- 1-1.25 lbs of beef chuck thinly sliced
- Teaspoon salt (optional)
Процесс
- Thin slice white onion and mince the garlic, then soften (pref caramelize) in pot with some vegetable oil.
- Аdd cubed potatoes and carrots and add 4 cups of water mixed with the dashi stock. Add soy sauce and mirin and stir!
- Let simmer for 30 min until carrots and potatoes are softening. Add beef and let simmer for 15 more minutes so everything is soft and cooked.
- Add salt if needed and fresh green onions.
