Никудзяга

Никудзяга - блюдо японской кухни, представляющее собой мясо, тушёное вместе с картофелем и луком, приправленное сладким соевым соусом.

Оригинальный рецепт от Айлин.

Ингредиенты

  • One whole white onion
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 large potatoes
  • Handful of carrots
  • 4 cups of water
  • 2½ tablespoon dashi stock powder
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoon mirin
  • 1-1.25 lbs of beef chuck thinly sliced
  • Teaspoon salt (optional)

Процесс

  1. Thin slice white onion and mince the garlic, then soften (pref caramelize) in pot with some vegetable oil.
  2. Аdd cubed potatoes and carrots and add 4 cups of water mixed with the dashi stock. Add soy sauce and mirin and stir!
  3. Let simmer for 30 min until carrots and potatoes are softening. Add beef and let simmer for 15 more minutes so everything is soft and cooked.
  4. Add salt if needed and fresh green onions.
