Consider replacing the library.xml custom XML with our OPDS feed

This would avoid to handle to types of indgester/digester (OPDS + custom XML) and simplify therefore the constellation.

We could even have a custom C++ library and corresponding Python binding to allow libkiwix & CMS to use the same code base.
