setup.py provides extra_requires packages for ios, macosx, android and dev.

However, the documentation doesn't mention these.

We have had many issues raised by people not realising they don't have the necessary prerequisites installed.

Update the installation documentation to tell devs how to install plyer correctly.

Because #737 may one day be merged, describe the [win] option too.
