Adding RDF support would be nice in near future, just for completeness. This should be no problem at all, as schema and metadata storage are file-based in MetaStore2, which will also work for RDF out of the box. In order to use RDF benefits, the indexing of these contents could be realized with an RDF backend in future.

On this task, I could also offer some help, if required.
