Bucket list:

Create project
Add and implement Gtk
Design Gtk layout w/ Glade Interface Designer
Implement XDG for URI/shortcut management
Launch client binaries via Wine

As for ironing out the details;

Our working directory should default to ~/.kiseki/. We should keep the method for user installation that Windows has (i.e. use current directory if parent folder contains the project name)
Wine should ideally be ran in a faux-chroot jail

... or could this all just be a Python script written over the weekend? :-)
