What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download brand new VM image
2. Import brand new VM image
3. Run brand new VM image
4. Connect to new VM over SSH

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect SSH to be disabled, as implied in the README file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
N/A

Please provide any additional information below.

Excerpt from README:
3. The operating system's authentication credentials are:
   username: opendlp
   password: opendlp
You will want to change this password if you enable SSH.

This implies that SSH comes disabled, but it is enabled by default. I
recommend an update to the README file (to clarify that the password should
ALWAYS be changed) or to disable SSH before exporting the VM for the release.
