.otf to use on windows?

any way to convert this font so I can use it on windows

I don't really have time to investigate right now, but I'd recommend looking at approaches taken by Scientifica and Cozette. Try importing the .bdf file into Fontforge and see how it allows you to export it.

If you have any success at all, please let me know! I'll try to implement them here when I get time.
