The Open Cities Project has as main goal the full development of the government's politics in cities through publication of open data, development of participative processes and release of services that favor transparency by default.
- Search in the state of the art to analyse existing vocabularies in the domain for each dataset
- Define user stories for the data's use, which is done with competency questions associcated to the potential use for each dataset
- Publish the Knowledge Graphs including documentation, examples and dissemination and capatization tasks to enable its replication
