expanding into multiple volumes

Hi,
Great package here!

for my needs, i didn't like that everything was in a single volume "/rtorrent". I thought the session, data(configs), & torrents should be in separate volumes. the session volume i don't intend to mount to the host, but the data & torrent volumes are mounted in different places.

i'm using docker for sonarr & couchpotato as well. still suffering with some permission issues across the dockers, but i think i've got it worked out.

I thought i'd mention to you, and if you're interested i can make a pull request. :)

p.s. i'm an amateur, and likely missed something, but it seems to be working here.

Hi @zguithues , thank you! I'm pretty glad to see you fork the basic settings and rework it to fit your need. Everybody has their own taste, and that's what the repo is for. 😄
