Hello dear , when i run the container its show this error :
WARNING: Your kernel does not support memory swappiness capabilities, memory swappiness discarded.

exec: "/usr/local/bin/docktorrent": permission denied
Error response from daemon: Cannot start container 28a608718e900752d213ad5293ee075876cb7c4d2678022e7a4851c34212e7d3: [8] System error: exec: "/usr/local/bin/docktorrent": permission denied

Are you building image yourself? And what version of Docker do you run?
