support for Global Phone Numbers Catalog

do you have any plan to support the Global Phone Numbers Catalog REST APIs:
https://www.twilio.com/docs/api/phone-numbers/global-phone-numbers-catalog/rest-api-available-numbers

it is in developer preview, but I want to use it - and I have access to it.
If you are not working on it and you want to include it in this library, let me know so I can contribute to it, but I would like your opinion because of the following matters:

• the base API url is https://preview.twilio.com/Numbers/AvailableNumbers so I guess it will be moved under api.twilio.com when it goes to BETA.
• not all account have access to it, you need to request access.
• the API might change.

Hey! I'm not working on it at the moment... maybe we can develop it on a branch, then we'll be able to handle when it launches later?
