Adding docker images and pipelines can help users deploy project in a virtualized environment.

Describe the solution you'd like

There are a few approaches to this problem. We can let users build an image through the Dockerfile or create a pipeline to publish official images through Docker Hub. Optionally, both could be done but I would like to see if there is any additional interests or concerns for this implementation.

For users with weaker devices, building may take some time, which is why I am leaving a suggestion to publish official images.
