This plugin really needs some E2E tests to verify all sorts of different usage scenarios.

The tests should resemble usage:

Spawn a new NPM project.
Install Remix (or reuse an existing installation to make tests faster).
Trigger Vite build.
Assert on the generated images (buffer comparison).
