Partially solved by #139 It is possible to remote debug at least job-executor-service itself (not the initcontainer) using Jetbrains GoLand. |

According to https://skaffold.dev/docs/workflows/debug/ skaffold can debug deployed go applications. Figure out how feasible the required changes would be and if we can enable it.
