Adding Hosted Domains

Cool component. It would be really, really handy to have a Hosted Domain option. Any thoughts on this?

For some reason I am having auth issues trying to create a pull request but I have attached a zip if you want to look it over and do a pr. @Nineswiss do you know why the PR is failing, might be good to bring up to github, since that probably isn't behavior they want.
