Describe the bug/feature
Option to ask kapitan to provide information on what part of compile process took how much time. Possibly - with measurements for each compile step.

Proposed output - json file.

Additional context
This could be beneficial for users when developing their inventories as well as kapitan developers to measure impact of created changes.
