aot仓库里写了不少“好东西”，可以单独提取出一个包，供其他仓库使用

目前可能需要拆出来的功能这里汇总下:

  • 能够读取 app.js 或者 app.vue 文件里面配置的小程序配置 app.json
  • webpack entry修改具备热编译功能，每次新加了page不需要重新启动项目
