Impossible to make SWPArser Working

Hello All,

I hope you will be able to help...

I did everything read from the tutorial
1 - Installed Parser 0.99 on my computer.
2 - Modify Wifi connexion to use proxy ip given by the "Summoners war proxy), so as the port 8080.

But, when i lanch SummonersWar nothnig happens...
The game is launched...but the SWProxy just indicate "Running proxy server at ..." and nothnig more.

It looks like the Proxy is not working...and i don't know what to do now :(
