I run the demo， but it need to install the shotdetect_scenedetect_lgss，I cannot find it

Just found this solution from Modescope.

https://modelscope.cn/models/iic/cv_resnet50-bert_video-scene-segmentation_movienet/feedback/issueDetail/7533
According to the link, we can install the library through the code below :
pip install https://modelscope.oss-cn-beijing.aliyuncs.com/releases/dependencies/shotdetect_scenedetect_lgss-0.0.4-py3-none-any.whl

But now I get different error after library installation anyway.
