Make the working with pipelines guide into a doc

At this point I think the Working with pipelines guide is more of a doc than a guide. Will bbe good to transition that to a doc with a goal of writing more focussed pipelines guide that will reference this doc going forward.

@kvijai82 Can you help us understand why we want to move this to docs?

@mingcyu this guide has evolved into the main pipelines doc with a lot of info about different things. I think it makes sense to have this be the main pipeline reference and point to different sections of it in more focused guides. Just feel like smaller more focussed guides help more than a long one that doesn't make a singular goal.

Going to move this to 0.10.0 as we don't have the bandwidth to write all the smaller guides in 0.9.0 to support this move.
