Break out workflows from the overview topic

With 0.3.0 we have a new topic, Architecture and Development Workflows, which used to be a guide. This is a very good introduction to Kabanero, but it is very long. When it was a guide, there was a table of contents to lead the user through the content .. now it is just one long topic.

I propose we break out/expand the workflows into individual topics, giving us something like this:

- Overview
   Architecture 
   Managing Collections   
   Developing applications
   Configuring deployment 

We can then link from the workflow sections to other doc topics or guides that take users through the tasks involved.
