Fix confusion when starting alarm which could trigger immediately

It is somewhat confusing to start an alarm which could trigger right away (because for example the level is already above a threshold), but not receive an alarm.

Possible solutions

• First time explanation popup when starting alarm (alarm will only trigger when condition goes from unmet to met)
• First time check when starting (and trigger immediately if necessary)
