Github build not failing when lint fails #160

In some instances the GitHub Fozzie build does not fail when the lint is failing.

v0.97.0 had a lint error (no end of line semi colon) and managed to build successfully and be merged.

NPM publish lint caught the error.

Did the error show up on the Travis build logs?
