How to parse outlines (bookmarks) ？ #370

I wanna parse outlines (bookmarks) structure from an existing PDF file,
and convert to json like this:

{
	"outlines": [
		{
			"title": "title",
			"dest": 1 // page number,
			"children": [] 
		}
	]
}

How can i do ?
