ticket_href field has no effect when you set ticket:rsvp

When I added my event via #114 , I couldn't get the ticket_href field to work for ticket: rsvp. I don't see it working on other events too, as in, the "RSVP" and "Website" links are always the same.

It would be useful for us if we could use separate links for "RSVP" and "Website"! If that's easy to do :) thanks!
