ssh.sh does not work with latest version (0.14.6) of terraform. #6

I have not dug in yet but it appears that downgrading to terrafrom 0.13.0 allows the ssh.sh script to function while using a newer version such as 0.14.6 gives me some error around the the external IP address. (Will edit issue when I reproduce - will have to swap out version of terraform again first)
