Scroll jacking is one of the biggest annoyances I have while browsing the web. I came across this extension but I don't seem to be able to install it. It's not in the chrome web store and clicking on the Add to Chrome button on https://joshbalfour.github.io/disable-scroll-jacking/ doesn't seem to do anything.
Chome Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Ubuntu.
